Yes4All Neoprene-Coated Cast Iron Kettlebell with Flat Base – 4kg

Our Verdict

A neoprene-coated kettlebell is a sensible first weight for an apartment or a house with wooden floors: the soft coating is kinder to the floor and quieter when it is set down than bare cast iron. This listing is the 4kg weight, which suits beginners, warm-ups, mobility work such as halos and Turkish get-ups, light goblet squats and rehab exercises. Be realistic about the weight, though: for two-handed swings, most adults will want a heavier bell, and a common starting point is somewhere around 8–16kg depending on strength and experience. Other weights are on the same listing, but each one can be sold by a different seller, so check that the weight you pick says it ships from and is sold by Amazon.ie.
