If you would use an Airwrap’s smoothing brushes far more than its curling barrels, the Air Wand is aimed squarely at you. It is a light, wet-to-dry air styler that BaByliss pitches at drying, straightening, smoothing and volume, with three attachments, three airflow and four heat settings. Its Ultra-Care mode alternates hot and cool air to keep the temperature in check, and a dual-ionic system is there to calm frizz, which helps on a damp Irish morning. It does not curl: there are no curling barrels, auto-wrap or otherwise, so if bouncy curls are the point, look at the Shark Glam or the BaByliss Style Secret Air instead.
