Second Chance 24 Mixed Golf Balls with Carry Bag

Our Verdict

Every beginner loses balls, whether to the gorse on a links, a river on a parkland course or the long grass beside a pitch and putt green, and there is no sense paying full price for balls you will not see again. This bag gives you 24 mixed-brand balls in a reusable drawstring bag. Second Chance is best known for recovered and recycled golf balls, often called lake balls; the listing describes these as a mixed selection whose brands and colours vary, so you will not get a matched set and the feel and flight will vary from ball to ball. That matters very little until your scores start to come down. Coloured balls in the mix are easier to find in the rough and on a dull winter afternoon, and a bag like this is also handy for chipping practice in the garden.
