Yes4All Interlocking EVA Foam Exercise Floor Mats with Border – 12 Tiles, 30 x 30cm (Black)

Our Verdict

Interlocking foam tiles are the simplest way to mark out a workout corner and protect a wooden, laminate or tiled floor from scuffs, sweat and the clunk of a kettlebell being set down. This pack gives you 12 tiles of 30 x 30cm, roughly 1.1 square metres (for example a 90 x 120cm rectangle), which is about the area of a full-length exercise mat: enough for a kettlebell or dumbbell spot, or under an exercise bike. For a bench and room to move around it, plan on two or three packs, as the tiles join up into any shape. They are firmer than a yoga mat, so they work under kit as well as bodies, and they lift and stack away when the room goes back to being a living room. At around 1cm they soften and quieten set-downs; they will not stop damage from heavy weights dropped from height.
