A simple, officially licensed dock that ends the hunt for a USB-C cable before every session. You drop the controller onto it and it charges, with an LED to show what is happening, and PowerA says it works with both the standard DualSense and the DualSense Edge. It takes one controller and is powered over a 1m USB cable with a USB-A plug, so it runs from a USB-A port on the console (on the PS5 Slim and PS5 Pro those are at the back) or from any USB phone charger you already have; there is no plug in the box. If you want it to charge while the console sleeps, turn on USB power in Rest Mode in the PS5’s power-saving settings. Households with two or more controllers will want a twin dock instead.
Stand the console itself upright with LED edge lighting
