A controller for someone who plays on more than one device. The Pro 3 works with the Switch 2 and an original Switch, plus Windows PCs, Apple devices, Steam Decks and Android phones, connecting over Bluetooth, the 2.4G adapter in the box or a USB cable, and the magnetic ABXY buttons swap between Nintendo and Xbox layouts so the labels match the game. TMR sticks are designed for precision and long life, the triggers switch between smooth Hall effect travel and short tactile clicks, and you get two back buttons, extra L4/R4 bumpers and three profiles set up in 8BitDo’s software. The charging dock in the box keeps it topped up. 8BitDo does not list a GameChat C button or an amiibo reader.
